Whether on oil rigs, in well known museums, or underground parking facilties - our customers rely on the robust functional reliability of our products. In a constantly changing lighting industry, we are advancing the development of state-of-the-art LED drivers and ultra slim lines of light. 

Hadler’s unique second paradigm philosphy. For over 35 years, the name HADLER has stood for innovative lighting electronics products with unique properties. It is not sufficient for us to simply keep up. We want to offer our customers a decisive advantage for every product. Unique selling points that sets us apart from the competition - we have called it from day one “the second idea” (“the second paradigm”). Because uniqueness is exactly what sets us apart. Our consistent focus is on new innovative ways to make each project a success. This is how we produce such impressive results at our Felsberg production site near Kassel that in almost all cases go above and beyond any required standards. We are always one idea ahead for our customers, and this drives us to offer unique solutions for each of our 3 individual product brands.

1986 – Foundation

The beginning is characterised by the typewriter: HADLER manufactures transformers for electric typewriters incorporated into very well-known brands such as Triumph Adler and AEG Olympia.

1988 – New business field of electronics development

A period of trial and error begins: production is expanded to include control systems for pumps, coffee machines, safes and locking systems.

1989 – Entry into the lighting industry

HADLER comes into the light: The first electronic ballast for fluorescent lamps (ECG) and for explosion-proof areas (Ex) are developed under the brand name: Luxtronic.

1994 – EVG ex-worldwide market leader

Ex-protected ECGs become a bestseller: HADLER now supplies Luxtronic worldwide for oil rigs, the chemical industry, bakeries and joineries.

1998 – On the road to success thanks to compact ECGs

Luxtronic's success story continues: the ever smaller and slimmer ECGs are selling well with manufacturers of indoor and outdoor luminaires.

2005 – First production of In-house luminaires

The Luxsystem luminaire brand is born: the compact ECGs pave the way for the company's own slimline T5 SL 20.1 luminaire range, followed by a slimline IP 67 moisture-proof luminaire.

2013 – Conversion of luminaire production to LED

With the introduction of LED lighting technologies, the digital age begins at HADLER: The smart lighting management solution DALI uP is presented to complement the new LED luminaire families.

2016 – In house light source production

The SLS LED lamps developed by HADLER are a market success story, making refurbishment projects a new mainstay. From now on, we will only produce LED solutions.

2019 – Opening of the new production centre

After just one year, the new production faciltiy is up and running: the new 2,000 m² building guarantees higher production volume capabilities and provides starting point for the expansion of our global sales network.

2021 – Expansion of the sales network

A new milestone has been set: HADLER significantly expands its national and international sales organisation, creating new networks for the future.
